Application:

1.Application in Lithium-ion Batteries:

The incorporation of an optimal amount of Nano Magnesium Oxide in lithium-ion battery cathode materials significantly improves their performance. Our product yields a reversible discharge capacity greater than 140 mAh/g, demonstrating excellent cycling performance. The recommended addition of Nano Magnesium Oxide ranges from 0.3% to 0.5%, which effectively enhances the conductivity of the cathode material, paving the way for more efficient energy storage solutions.

 

2.Application in Zinc-Nickel Batteries:

When incorporated into the anode active materials of zinc-negative electrodes through physical mixing, our Nano Magnesium Oxide reduces charge-discharge polarization and minimizes internal resistance during later cycle stages. This not only increases the utilization rate of active materials but also extends the overall cycling life of the battery. The ideal addition rate is 1.0% by weight, ensuring that it does not exceed 2.0% for optimal results.

 

3.Application in High Chloride Zinc Batteries:

By adding small quantities of Nano Magnesium Oxide to the active materials of positive electrodes, users can effectively regulate the acidity of the electrolyte, slow down self-discharge, limit gas evolution, and ultimately enhance storage performance. This additive provides a unique advantage in boosting discharge capacity and promoting the gelling of the slurry layer. For best results, we recommend an addition rate of 0.5% to 1%, while maintaining an appropriate pH level.

 

4.Application in Cadmium-Nickel Batteries:

In cadmium electrodes, the integration of suitable amounts of Nano Magnesium Oxide, along with zinc oxide and iron oxide, improves the utilization efficiency of active materials. Additionally, adding Nano Magnesium Oxide with indium oxide and zinc oxide enhances the charge retention capabilities of sealed cadmium-nickel batteries, ensuring longer-lasting power solutions.
